THAT GIRL MAX
30-DAY FITNESS CHALLENGE
APRIL 1st -30th
As I prepare to launch my That Girl Max website and monthly programs, I have put together a April Fitness Challenge. One month may sound like a short period of time, however this challenge will give you a starting point to reach your ultimate goals, whether they are weight loss, eating better, or just committing to a healthier lifestyle. It doesn’t matter if you are just starting your journey, feel like you’ve plateaued in your workouts, or a thriving athelete looking to mix it up, this challenge will do just that, challenge you, no matter your current physical state.
The challenge will run from April 1st- April 30th. Every week competitors will receive four workouts: upper-body, lower-body, full-body, and a HITT workout. Workouts will come in the form of an instructional video demonstrating the exercises and modifications for each, plus a PDF layout of the workout. Additionally, each week you will receive three meal prep recipes, grocery list suggestions, weekly check ins, and a 5 Facebook live chats to discuss workouts for the upcoming week and answer any questions challenge competitors may have.
This is an opportunity to get your feet wet and begin following a fitness regimen. Along with that you will join a community of like minded people looking to reach their goals.

The challenge will work is as follows:
- There will be a $10 fee to enter. This fee will give you:
- Entry to the challenge.
- 16 Instructional Workout Videos
- 12 Meal Prep Recipes
- Challenge Calendar
- 5 Facebook Live Q&A Sessions 6pm CST (March 29th, April 4th, April 10th, April 18th, and April, 25th.)
- Each competitor will receive 20% off all That Girl Max nutrition and fitness programs at the conclusion of the challenge.
- There will be five winners at the end of the challenge. Each of whom will be chosen by me, based on before and after photos.
- First Place will receive a three-month custom That Girl Max Fitness Program ($360 Value) and will be featured on the That Girl Max blog.
- Second Place will receive a one-month custom That Girl Max Fitness Program. ($120 Value) and will be featured on the That Girl Max blog.
- Third Place will receive a one-month That Girl Max nutrition program ($120 Value) and will be featured on the That Girl Max blog.
- To be eligible to win at the end of the month you will be required to send me four “before” pictures in tight shorts, bikini bottoms, or underwear and a sports bra. The four angles being front, left side, right side, and backside.
- ** “Before” pictures must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org by April 1st at 7am.”**
- At the end of the month you will be required to send me four “after” pictures in tight shorts, bikini bottoms, or underwear and a sports bra. The four angles being front, left side, right side, and backside.
- ** ”After” pictures must be sent to email@example.com before May 1st at 9pm. **
- Challenge winners will be announced on May 4th at 6pm CST Facebook live.
