My April challenge contestants all worked so hard throughout the last month. Each completing 4 workouts a week, following a That Girl Max Meal plan, and homework on their off days. Each workout was never longer than an hour and allowed the freedom for the competitor to push themselves.
Not only was this a great experience for me it was a great way to connect with my virtual community and to train people from all around the world!
