- 1 Scoop Ideal Lean Vanilla Protein
- 1/4 Cup Bob’s Red Mill Oat Flour
- 1/3 Cup Egg Whites
- Dash of Baking Powder (Tiniest Amount)
- 1 TBSP of Jiff Natural Peanut Butter
- Walden Farms Pancake Syrup
- You can make these as pancakes or waffles, either way heat up the skillet or waffle maker and grease it.
- After mixing all ingredients together make your waffles.
- Tip is to not cook them on a high heat, the protein causes them to burn easily, so cook them slowly!
