Egg White Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 6 Egg Whites
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 Cup Spinach
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Tomatoes

Recipe:

  • Pre-heat oven to 325
  • Mix all ingredients together.
  • Pour evenly between 6 muffin tins.
  • Bake for 20-25 mins depending on oven.
  • Cool and store for up to 4 days!
